BT Transfer - Terms and Conditions

- All reservations must be made at least 24 hours before

- once you reserve online , please check the information and reconfirm via email. If you have not reconfirmed the reservation will be discarded.

- please make sure you have booked only with one company, if you reserve with other companies and have not cancelled with us, you have to pay the driver.

- if you are leaving for the airport, please make sure you respect the minimum time margin we have specified on the website ...... if you decide to leave any later , this will be at your own risk, we will not be held responsible.

- if you set an appointment time from the hotel / apartment/ restaurant / train station and have confirmed previously via email, we will wait 10 minutes free of charge and then there will be an extra charge of 1€ per minute.

- we will not charge extra money for train / flight delays.
